Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout based on your area and order value.

Same city / nearby areas: Usually 2–3 working days

Rest of Pakistan: Usually 3–5 working days
Working days means Monday–Saturday (public holidays not included).
4. Order Processing

Your order is processed within 2 hours / 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

During sales or special events, processing time may be slightly longer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share:

Tracking details via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

Courier company name + tracking number
So you can easily track your parcel.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

Delivery may be delayed, or

If the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

7. Condition on Delivery
When receiving your parcel, please:

Take clear photos/videos in front of the courier,
